ICAO PPL to EASA PPL conversion
For ICAO PPL holders, the process is straightforward. You need to:
1) Pass 2 CAA exams (Human Performance + Air Law). We send you a CBT (Computer Based Training) to study at home before your arrival.
CBT also includes the Diamond DA20 aircraft
2) Pass a EASA Class 2 medical exam, takes about 1-2 hours (70 Euros)

3) Undergo flight training (4.5 hours) at our training centre; make sure you have 100 hours of total flight experience (dual and solo combined)
4) Get a EASA Radio Telephone licence (at our Flight School)
5) Pass an EASA ICAO English language proficiency test (at CAA-135 Euro)
6) Pass a skill test for the PPL(A) licence - 1.5 hours
7) Apply for an EASA PPL licence from the Civil Aviation Authority.-The school prepared all the paperwork for you.
*Expect a duration of 3-4 days and a cost of 1790 EUR. VAT maybe applicable for some students. Cost does not include Medical and CAA fees.
Prerequisites:
Your ICAO PPL must be valid at the time of conversion.
You must hold 100h total time on Single Engine Piston Land aeroplanes by the end of the conversion training. You can fly with our instructor to complete the 100 hours, but you will not be able to fly solo on an EASA-registered aircraft without an EASA licence.

After your training you are welcome to rent our aircraft at the rates published in our price list and fly in Europe for your leisure and business as you please. We can also arrange an instrument rating,Multi engine rating, and ATPL conversion training (if applicable) later on if you wish to get those licences/ratings.
Prerequisites for all conversions
Kindly send us the following documents/information before start of training so that we can prepare your training:
1) Date and time of intended arrival to our training centre .
2) Duration of stay in our Training Base
3) Where you will be staying, we have a Pilot’s Hotel ( about 15-20 Euros a night depending on duration)
4) A scan/photo of your ICAO Pilot Licence
6) Hours as PIC
7) A scan/photo of the last 3 pages of your Pilot Logbook
8) Any and all relevant certificates from prior training
9) Passport scan.
10) Your address in English
